About FWstudios

Our purpose-built film production space in Bow, East London is fully-rigged, air-conditioned, sound-proofed and includes a separate green room, makeup room and bathroom. The versatile 38sqm studio is ready for any scenario including pieces to camera, interview setups, fashion shoots, training films, webcasts, stop motion animation, motion capture shoots, product shoots, podcast recordings and photography.


Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Three winners will be selected by FLETCHERWILSON directors, Nat Wilson and Rob Fletcher. The winners must be available to carry out their takeovers during a weekday between August 26 and September 25 and are required to participate in behind-the-scenes content for FLETCHERWILSON’s social media channels. 1. General

The Promoter is FLETCHERWILSON Limited.

2. The competition

2.1 FLETCHERWILSON is inviting individuals and companies to apply for one day of free studio time and a one-hour pre-production meeting with its team.

3. How to enter

3.1 The competition will run from 14:00 BST on 6 August 2019 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 BST 21 August 2019 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2 All competition entries must be received by FLETCHERWILSON by no later than 23:59 BST on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3 Enter the competition online by completing the online entry form available at by the Closing Date. No other method of submitting entries is permitted.

3.4 FLETCHERWILSON will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are incorrectly submitted regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

3.5 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, do not take part.

4. Judges

4.1 The competition entries will be judged by a panel of two judges, comprising:

(a) Nat Wilson, director
(b) Rob Fletcher, director

4.2 The decision of the panel of judges will be final.

5. Eligibility

5.1 The competition is free to enter and open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

5.2 If the same project is entered by more than one applicant, we reserve the right to disqualify all entries. FLETCHERWILSON reserves the right to disqualify an entry if it becomes apparent that a submission is inaccurate or if FLETCHERWILSON or the jury have any uncertainty about the integrity of the entry.

5.3 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. FLETCHERWILSON may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

5.4 FLETCHERWILSON reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

6. Submission requirements

6.1 Entrants must submit their entry via the form available at, together with the following information:

(a) Full name
(b) Company name
(c) Email address
(d) Description of what they plan to shoot at the studio
(e) Link to video application
(f) Links to examples of work
(g) Links to additional supporting materials
(h) Social media channels
(i) How they heard about the competition

7. The prize

7.1 The prizes for three chosen winners are:

(a) One day of free studio time (amounting to 8 hours) at FLETCHERWILSON studios
(b) One-hour free pre-production meeting with the FLETCHERWILSON production team to discuss projects and how they can support delivery

7.2 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

8. Winner announcement

8.1 The winners will be contacted via the email address provided with the competition entry on 25 August 2019.

8.2 The winners of the competition will be announced on FLETCHERWILSON’S social media channels once they have accepted the prize and a date has been agreed.

8.3 The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

9. Claiming the prize

9.1 Winners must be available to carry out their takeovers during a weekday between August 26 and September 25 2019.

9.2 FLETCHERWILSON will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 3 working days from the first recorded contact, FLETCHERWILSON reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

9.3 FLETCHERWILSON does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

10. Data protection and publicity

10.1 If you are a winner of the competition, you agree that FLETCHERWILSON may use your name/company name and image to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

10.2 The winners further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by FLETCHERWILSON during the studio takeovers. This will include but is not limited to interviews, photography and video footage.

10.3 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used by FLETCHERWILSON or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

10.4 In addition, by entering the competition you consent to FLETCHERWILSON using your personal data to contact you by email with information about promotions.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, FLETCHERWILSON, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of FLETCHERWILSON, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

12.2 You warrant to FLETCHERWILSON that the competition entry and accompanying materials do not in any way infringe upon or violate any contract with a third party or any third party’s rights (including, without limitation, their intellectual property rights) and you will keep FLETCHERWILSON indemnified against any third party claims that arise as a result of breach of this clause.

12.3 You agree to promptly execute and deliver such documents and perform such acts as may be required for the purpose of giving full effect to these terms and conditions and in particular clause 11.1 and clause 11.2 above if so required.

13. Data protection and publicity

13.1 By uploading your entry at [paste landing page link] you agree that we will store the entry materials on our database for up to 12 months. Your data will be only accessed by FLETCHERWILSON employees as well as the appointed judges.

14. General

14.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, FLETCHERWILSON may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

14.2 FLETCHERWILSON reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

14.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
